This Privacy Policy explains how TemPac, LLC ("TemPac," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information through tempac.net and when you do business with us. We collect only what we need to answer your requests and fill your orders. We do not sell your information.
1. Information you give us
When you use the forms on our site (contact, quote, sample, reorder, support and artwork upload), call, email or order from us, we collect:

Please do not send payment card numbers, bank details or other sensitive personal information through our website forms.
2. Information collected automatically
- Technical data. Our hosting and security providers log your IP address, browser type, device type and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks browser and device signals to tell people from bots.
- Analytics. We may use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people find us. It uses cookies and reports in aggregate.
- Embedded content. Pages with a map or video load it from Google Maps or YouTube. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set YouTube cookies until you play a video.
3. Remote support sessions
If you allow a remote-access session (through AnyDesk) for installation or support, our technician can see the screen of the computer you share during that session. We use that access only to help you, and only while you have approved it.
4. How we use information
- Answer questions and send quotes, proofs, samples and orders
- Produce, ship, invoice and support what you buy
- Store your artwork and specifications so reorders are quick and consistent
- Keep the site secure and stop spam and abuse
- Improve our site, products and service
- Send occasional business updates, such as trade show dates or product news, which you can opt out of at any time
- Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
5. Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run our business:
- Production partners that print some of our labels and inserts receive your artwork and order specifications to make your order.
- Equipment and software suppliers may receive your business contact details to register warranties or software licenses.
- Carriers receive shipping details to deliver orders.
- Service providers that host and operate our site and business systems, listed below. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
- Business transfer. If TemPac is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

8. Security
The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Files you upload are stored with our hosting provider at unlisted, unguessable links that we share only with TemPac staff and the partners who need them for your order. Website upload copies are deleted after 2 years; the artwork we keep for your reorders is retained as described above. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think your information has been exposed.
9. Cookies and your choices
The site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies for security, spam protection and website analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though maps or videos may not load. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link or tell us. We will still send messages about your orders.
10. Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights; we will honor requests as those laws require. Contact us using the details below. We will verify your request before acting on it and will not treat you differently for making one.
11. Children
Our site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with its effective date. If we make a significant change, we will note it on the site.
